How can I add a new group service?

Group services can be attended by multiple people at the same time. Group services can be recurring events, such as a yoga class every Friday or one-time events, such as a workshop on the weekend.

It’s important to add occurrences to the group service in the date and time section; otherwise, it’s not going to appear on your booking page.

How to setup the date and time of a group service?

Step-by-step guide:

Go to your Admin page.
Go to Services.
Click on the “New service” button.
Select “Group Service”.
Enter the details of the service
- Service name
- Private service (Optional): If enabled, the service will be hidden from your booking page, and only those with the link of the service will be able to book appointments.
- Location. This can be either an actual address or an online meeting link.
- Maximum number of attendees. You can change this later or add more participants as an admin.
- Show the remaining seats on booking page
- Maximum number of seats that can be booked at once.

- Description
- Date and time
- Location
- Appointment confirmation
- Reminders
- Scheduling rules
- Waitlist
- Cover picture

You can assign different colors to your services: Using the color picker next to the Service name field, you can choose which color the services should appear in on your admin calendar.
