You have the option to enable a waitlist for your group services.
Clients on the waitlist will receive two emails: one when they sign up, and another if a spot opens up for the selected event.
Your scedhuling rules applies to this sign ups too. If somebody cancels their appointment, or you delete a participant within your notice period, the customers on the waitlist don't get notification.
Step-by step guide:
Go to Admin page.
Go to Services.
Click on the “Edit” button on the service where you’d like to set up the waitlist.
In the "Waitlist" section, click on the "Enable waitlist" toggle.
Choose how you would like to notify clients on the waitlist when a spot becomes available:
Notify in order: Clients will be notified about available seats every 15 minutes in the order they joined the waitlist.
First come, first served: If a seat becomes available, all clients on the waiting list are notified at the same time, and the first one to book gets the seat.
Save when you are done.
