You might want to set different booking rules for your services. In Minup, you have the option to define custom booking rules for both individual and group services.
For example, if you offer both individual and group sessions, but you want different booking rules to apply to each, you can use this feature to set them up accordingly.
Step-by-step guide:
Go to Admin.
Go to Services.
Click the Edit button next to the service where you want to modify the scheduling rules.
Scroll down to the aScheduling Rules section. .
Select Custom rules and define your preferences:
Clients can schedule appointments [Number] days in advance.
Clients can’t schedule within [ Number ] hours / days before an appointment.
Clients can’t cancel within [ Number ] hours / days before an appointment.
Phone number requirement during booking (can be disabled or made mandatory)
Save when you are done.
