How can I set a payment method for my passes?

You can set online payment, on-site payment and bank transfer as a payment method for your passes.

If you would like, you can set all three options, and your customers can choose between them. You can choose different payment method for each pass.

You can't set a payment method for passes that are not visible on you Booking page.

Setting up payment type for passes:

  1. Go to Passes.

  2. Click "Edit" on the pass you would like to edit, or click "Add Pass".

  3. Configure the payment options for the pass using the toggle:

    • Online credit card payment:
      To set up online payments, you need to activate an online payment method.

    • The pass becomes active immediately after purchase.

    • On-site payment:
      In this case, you can choose whether your clients can pay in cash, by card, or both on-site.

    • You need to manually approve the pass before the client can use it.

    • Bank transfer:
      You can also enable payment via bank transfer. Add the bank transfer details in the Passes category under the Pending approval email template.

    • How to create email templates?

      You need to manually approve the pass before the client can use it.

  4. Save the pass once you are done.
