How can I create passes in Minup?

You can create passes in Minup and link them to both group and individual services. You have the option to sell passes via online payment, on-site payment, or manually assign them to your clients yourself. 

Creating a pass

  1. Go to the Admin panel. 

  2. Click on the Passes button. 

  3. Click on “Add pass”. 

  4. Enter the pass details: 

    • Name of the pass

    • Number of sessions

    • Validity

    • Applies to (Select the services that can be booked with this pass.)

    • Price

    • Description

    • Pass purchase

  5. Use the Display on booking page toggle to set whether the pass should appear on your booking page.

Payment and Billing Settings

  1. Configure the payment options for the pass using the toggle:

    • Online credit card payment:
      To set up online payments, you need to activate an online payment method. The pass becomes active immediately after purchase.

    • On-site payment:
      In this case, you can choose whether your clients can pay in cash, by card, or both on-site. You need to manually approve the pass before the client can use it.

    • Bank transfer:
      You can also enable payment via bank transfer. Add the bank transfer details in the Passes category under the Pending approval email template. You need to manually approve the pass before the client can use it.

  2. Save the pass once you are done.

You can assign multiple payment methods to a single pass, allowing your clients to choose their preferred option.

With online payment, the pass is activated automatically. However, if your client chooses on-site payment or bank transfer, you will need to manually approve the purchased pass.
