As a service provider, you can cancel an appointment in your Minup calendar. We will send an automated email about the changes to your client.
Step-by-step guide:
Go to your Calendar.
Click on the appointment that you’d like to cancel.
Click on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the editor.
Optionally, you can add a message to your client explaining the reason for canceling. The “reason for deleting” message will appear in the cancelation email.
Click on the “Delete” button. After canceling the appointment, we will send an automated email about the changes to your client.
