Your clients can cancel their booked appointments. They have two options to do so:
Option I: Confirmation email
Clients can cancel their appointment by clicking the "Cancel appointment" button in the confirmation or reminder emails.
Option II: From the Guest account
After logging into their client account, clients can cancel an appointment by clicking the "Cancel" button on the appointment card.
Optionally, they can leave a note for you explaining explaining the reason for canceling. The “reason for cancellation” note will appear in the email you receive about the cancellation. After canceling the appointment, your clients have the ability to book a new appointment with you by clicking on the “Book new appointment” button.
