Option A: Scheduling rules
Check your Scheduling rules.
Make sure that the dates of your services are within the range of days visible on your booking page. For example if it’s 30 days, and right now it’s 05.01, your clients won’t see available time slots after 05.31. Set up how many days ahead people can schedule appointments in your calendar.
Make sure that the minimum amount of notice that is required for scheduling appointments is set up correctly. For example if it’s set to 8 hours, and right now it’s 10:00, your clients won’t see available time slots before 18:00. Set up the minimum amount of notice that is required for scheduling appointments.
Option B: Working hours
Check your Working hours.
Make sure that your working hours are set up correctly. Set your working hours.
Option C: Events in your calendar
Check your Calendar for conflicting events.
Make sure that you don’t have conflicting events in your calendar. Only one appointment can be booked for a time slot, so if there is an event (appointment, break, holiday, or Google event if you connected your Google Calendar) blocking that time slot, it won’t be visible on your booking page.
Delete the conflicting event from your Calendar. If its a Google event, go to your Google Calendar, and remove the event from there. The changes will be synced automatically within a few seconds.
Option D: Timezone display
Go to Services.
Click on the “Edit” button on the service where you’re experiencing the issue.
Check the “Timezone display” field. Here you can set up default timezone in which time slots are displayed on your booking page. Make sure that you use the right timezone for your service.
a. Local timezone (best for in-person services): Time slots on your booking page appear in your timezone by default.
b. Automatic timezone (best for online services): Time slots on your booking page appear in your clients' timezone by default.
Option E: Group services without occurrences
Go to Services.
Click on the “Edit” button on the service where you’re experiencing the issue.
Check the “Date and time” section and make sure you’ve added occurrences to the services. Without any occurrence, the service is not going to be visible on your booking page.
Option F: Google calendar sync
If you’ve connected your Minup and Google calendar, there might be a synchronization issue preventing time slots from appearing on your booking page.
Go to Google Calendar sync
Disconnect your calendar.
Reconnect your calendar. The calendar synchronization could take a few minutes.
Option G: Private services
You may have services that you made private previously, so this services are hidden from your booking page.
Go to your Admin page
Go to Services.
Click on the “Edit” button on the service.
Under the service name, you can check the toggle if the service is private or not.
Option H: Wrong subscription plan
With the free Minup plan, only one 1-on-1 service can be active at a time. If you have multiple services, the additional ones will be deactivated. To activate these services, switch to the Pro plan.
Group services are only available in the Business plan, and not included in the Pro subscription.
