How can I add regular customer appointments?

You can add recurring appointments to your calendar, so your customers don't have to book their appointments repeatedly.

When you schedule a recurring appointment for them, they will receive automatic email notifications before each appointment as usual.

Step-bystep guide:

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Click on the “Create” button in the upper right corner or just click on the place in your Calendar where you want to add the event.

  3. Select Booked appointments

  4. Name the event. You can select from your existing services. (Required)

  5. Add the date and time of the event. (Required)

  6. Optionally, you can use the “All day” toggle button, you can make the event all day long.

  7. Use the “Repeat” toggle button to make repeat. This feature is particularly useful if you have regular clients who have fix appointments.

    • Repetition frequency = You can customize when the appointment repeats. For full customisation, you can choose "Custom" option, and you can choose, if the appointment repeats at custom days/weeks. 

    • Repeat until = Date when the repetion ends

  8. Optionally, you can add a “Price” for the event. This price will be visible in the confirmation and reminder emails. It uses the currency you set up at your Profile. 

  9. Optionally, you can add a Note on price, where you can clarify the price (For example: Free event). 

  10. Optionally, you can add a “Break after” the event, so that you’ll have some time between appointments.

  11. Add the name of your client

  12. Add the email address of your client. For "Booked appointments," make sure to include your client's email address. This ensures that confirmation emails and reminders are sent directly to them.

  13. Optionally, you can add your client’s phone number

  14. Optionally, you can add different notes to the event

    • Note to client = This message will be sent to your client as part of the confirmation email.

    • Note to self = These notes are only visible to you. Your client can’t see them.

  15. Once you’re done editing, click on the “Save” button in the bottom right corner. (Required)
