How can I add a guest as a regular participant to my group events?

You have the option to add clients who regularly attend a specific event at the same time as regular participants.

You can't add participants to the group service itself. You have to add them to a specific occurrence in your calendar.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Go to your Admin page.

  2. Open your Calendar

  3. Click on the occurrence of the group service where you want to add participants.

  4. Click on the “Add participant” button.

  5. Enter the contact details of the participant or select from your existing clients.

  6. If your guest would like to attend at this same time regularly, check the “Regular participant” box.

  7. Click on the “Save” button in the participant editor.

  8. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the occurrence editor.
