Setting up a coupon code in Minup allows you to offer discounts to your customers through unique codes.These coupon codes are not visible on your booking page. You can use them in campaigns, or send out to customers.
Step by step guide:
Go to Settings > Discounts
Click + Discount button.
Select Coupon as the type.
Fill in the coupon code details:
Campaign name: For internal use only, not shown to clients on the booking page.
Coupon code: The code you will share with your clients. Keep it short and easy to remember.
Discount rate: Set the discount as a percentage or a fixed amount deducted from the service price.
Applies to: Select which services the coupon applies to.
Validity: Set a start and end date for the coupon. After the end date, the coupon will no longer be valid.
Terms of use: This text will be displayed to clients under the coupon code field during booking.
Save when you're done.
How can my customers use coupon codes?
Clients need to select the appointment they would like to book. They then fill in their personal details on the booking page, and can enter the coupon code you created in the Discounts section.
