I can’t login to my account. What should I do?

When I try to login to my Minup account, I get an error message that my email address or password is incorrect.

Option A: Google login

If you’re trying to login to your Minup account using your email address and password and you get an error message that they are incorrect, it’s possible that you’ve initially registered with your Google account. In this case, try logging in with your Google account.

  1. Click on the “Sign in with Google” button.

  2. Choose your Google account.

  3. Use your Google credentials to login.

Option B: Incorrect password

It’s possible that you’re trying to enter an incorrect password. If you can’t remember your old password you can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Click on the “Don’t remember your password?” link.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click on the “Send mail” button. Follow the instructions in the email you’ve received

If you haven’t received an email it could be because you’ve initially registered with your Google account. In this case, try logging in with your Google account.
