If appointment confirmation is set to "Manual confirmation" for a service, you'll receive an email when someone requests an appointment with you. After reviewing the request, you can decide to approve or reject the request.
Step-by-step guide
Open the email with the subject “Appointment waiting for approval”
In the email, click on the “View Appointment” button. It will open the appointment in your Minup calendar.
Click on “Approve” to approve the request or “Decline” to reject it.
Clicking on "Decline" will trigger a popup where you can provide a reason for rejecting the appointment. This message will be sent to your client in an automated email.
Clicking on “Approve” will send an automated email to your client confirming the appointment.
