Your clients can update their personal information in their Guest account.
Once the changes are made, the updated information will be used automatically for their next booking.
Step-by step guide:
Log into your Minup Guest account.
Click on the Profile menu.
In your profile, the following information can be updated:
Account: Name, Phone number
Billing: Billing name, Country, City, Street and house number, Postal code
Language
All changes are saved automatically.
Important: Changes will not apply to past bookings.
