Here are the most important places where it's worth adding your booking page link.
In your bio:
Add your booking page link to your Facebook page's bio. Click Edit bio and paste the link into the text.
In the action button:
In your Facebook page settings, click Edit Action Button, select the Contact Us button, and enter your booking page link in the URL field.
In a post:
Share your booking page link in a post - this is especially useful when you're first introducing online booking to your clients. You can also pin the post to the top of your page: click the three dots in the corner of the post and select Pin Post.
In your bio:
Add your booking page link to your Instagram profile bio. Since clickable links are not allowed in post captions, it's worth referring to it with the phrase "booking link in bio."
In a Story:
Create a new Story, select the Link sticker in the editor, and paste your booking page link. Place the sticker on your image or video, resize it, and change its text to something like "Book an appointment." Viewers can tap it to go directly to your booking page.
This feature is available for LinkedIn Premium subscribers. Click the pencil icon next to the LinkedIn Premium logo, scroll down to the Custom Button section, select Book an appointment, and paste your booking page link.
TikTok
Add your booking page link to your TikTok profile bio. Unfortunately, TikTok does not allow custom links in videos, so the bio is the only option.
Weboldal
Booking button:
Create a button on your website that opens your booking page when clicked. In Minup, go to Booking > Website Embed > Book Now Button. The button can be placed in the menu, the hero image, the contact section, or separately per service.
Direct embedding:
Your booking page can also be embedded directly as part of your website. Go to Booking > Website Embed > Embed Directly, copy the code snippet, and paste it into your website. The advantage of this option is that visitors don't need to be redirected to a separate page.
Email and Messages
Send your booking page link directly to clients via email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. It's also worth adding it to your email signature so the booking option is always visible.
Linktree
If you're active on multiple social media platforms, create a Linktree page where all your important links appear in one place - including your Minup booking page link. This is particularly useful on Instagram, where only one link can be placed in your profile.
Google Business Profile
If your business has a physical location, it's worth setting up a Google Business Profile so clients can find you on Google Maps. In your profile, click the Bookings menu item and enter your booking page link in the Booking URL field. The link will appear in a separate line labeled "Bookings."
QR Code
Create a QR code for your booking page directly in Minup and place it on printed materials, shop windows, or flyers. When someone scans the code with their phone, they are taken straight to your booking page — no link typing needed. This works especially well in physical locations, at events, or in waiting areas.
For instructions on how to create a QR code, see the article below.
