In Minup, you have the option to collect your clients’ billing details without connecting your billing software. In this case, the necessary billing details will be requested from the client during the booking process. You can then issue the invoice manually in your billing software using the provided information.
Step-by step guide:
Go to Payments.
In the "Invoicing only" section, click on "Get started" button.
In the "Manual invoicing" section, click on the "Continue" button.
Choose what type of data your would like to gather for the invoicing from the customers:
Providing billing details is required: If enabled your guests must enter their billing details when booking.
Invoices for companies: If enabled your guests can add their tax ID to their billing details.
Save when you are done.
Where can I see the billing details of my clients?
The system collects the necessary billing details from your clients during the booking process. You can view this information by clicking on the specific appointment in your calendar. A “Billing details” button will appear — click it, and the data will show up in a pop-up window. From there, you can easily copy the details and paste them into your invoicing software.
Disconnect:
Go to Payments.
At the Manual invoicing section, click on the Invoice settings button.
Click on the Disconnect button.
In the pop-up window, click on Disconnect.
