You can connect multiple Google Calendars to your team members profiles to make scheduling easier.
How to Connect Google Calendar to a team member
Go to Account Settings and select Team Members.
Choose the team member you want to connect a Google Calendar to, then scroll down to the Google Calendar Sync section.
Select your preferred sync type:
Two-way sync – events sync between Minup and Google Calendar in both directions.
One-way sync – events from Minup appear on Google Calendar, but not vice versa.
Click the Continue with Google button to select the Google account you want to connect for the team member.
Grant the necessary permissions: allow Minup to read your Google Calendar, manage events, and access secondary calendars.
Download the calendars accessible through the connected Google account.
Click Allow to complete the connection.
Your Google Calendar is now connected to the team member's profile.
Disconnecting Google Calendar
To disconnect, follow the same steps and click Disconnect.
If you do not have team members, you will find Google Calendar connect on the left sidebar.
You must grant Minup permission to create, change, and delete events on your Google Calendars for full sync functionality.
