In Minup, you can send SMS reminders to your clients. SMS sending is available on the Pro or Business plan, and requires purchasing a separate SMS package on top of your subscription fee.
The SMS service only available in Hungary yet.
SMS packages do not renew monthly - they renew when the SMS credits in the package run out. If you enable auto-renewal, the same package will be automatically repurchased when your credits are depleted.

Activating an SMS Package
Go to Account Settings > Subscription.
Scroll down to the SMS Reminders section and click View Packages.
Select the package that suits you. Available packages: 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 SMS.
Click Purchase Package.
Choose whether to enable SMS sending for your services:
Yes, enable for all services – you can adjust this per service later.
No, I'll set it up manually per service.
Set how far in advance of the appointment the reminder SMS should be sent. You can change this per service at any time.
Choose which bookings should receive an SMS reminder:
All bookings – reminders will be sent for both existing and new appointments.
New bookings only – reminders will not be sent for existing appointments.
If you select All bookings, a pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that phone numbers provided during booking may be used to send SMS reminders. In accordance with data protection regulations, Minup will automatically notify your clients about this change via email. Clients can request to disable SMS reminders or have their phone number deleted at any time.
Click Confirm Settings to complete the purchase.
If you disable auto renewal, SMS reminders will stop once your credits run out, and clients will not receive notifications about their appointments.
